                 About Me

heart paw

My name is Ceri Beck. I am the breeder behind DayDreamDoodles. I am originally from Southampton, England. I moved to Utah in 1987, but have moved around to many places with my husband being in the Air Force for 25 years. I have 3 kids. Now that we are permanently settled in Utah, I have been able to start my own breeding business. I have always been a passionate lover of dogs and my parents bred Golden Retrievers when I was young, and they were always my favorite type of dog. Now that I have a breeding program of my own, I decided that the beautiful and amazing personality of the hypoallergenic and non-shedding micro/mini goldendoodles was the best fit for us. I have loved getting to know the breeding community and the passion that we share for breeding healthy, beautiful, intelligent, and loving dogs. I don’t feel complete without my dogs around me, they are our family.

My daughter Rachel is my breeding partner. She is 22 years old and loves Goldendoodles. She went to Cosmetology School after graduation and has since graduated. She is a big helper with breeding and caring for our dogs

About our program

All of our puppies are sold on a strict spay/neuter contract. We allow Breeding Rights on a case-by-case basis

All of our puppies are raised on the BAB curriculum. It is an amazing and proven course. We use this from birth to 8 weeks. Working with puppies is crucial for development.  We also do Early Neurological stimulation (ENS). This puts minor stress on a young puppy for a short amount of time. This helps to improve their stress responses, and helps improve their cardiovascular performance, acquire stronger heartbeats, have stronger adrenal glands, and have greater resistance to stress. We do this from 3 days -16 days old. It is a crucial part of their life. We also add Early Scent Introduction (ESI). From day 3-16, we introduce new smells to puppies. This it to help build confidence with their noses. It can help them identify different scents. It is very important for their development.

We also do a 10 step handling process. Which gets them used to being handled in different ways and by kids. Also, it gets them used to the groomers, having their nails clipped, and teeth brushed. We tug on ears, move our hands up and around their body and feel around their mouth and paws. We socialize our puppies in many different ways. We play different desensitizing sounds. We want our puppies to explore the world with confidence. We play startling and calming sounds. Puppies will be exposed to fireworks, thunder storms, doorbells, soft music, vacuums, etc...

We start on potty training and crate training. Puppies should be sleeping in their crates for 6-8 hours. We spend a lot of time on our puppies to give you the best experience when bringing home your furever best friend!

We will also provide a take-home bag, which will include: a snuggle puppy, a blanket with mom's scent on it, toys with littermates scent, a small bag of food that your puppy will be on, a strict spay/neuter contract and a puppy take home packet, which includes everything you need to know about raising a puppy as well as different tips and tricks! Your puppy will also have their 6 week vet check, including vaccines. Also, they will be de-wormed
